Standard Delivery Policy

We will aim to process and ship all orders within 3 days of receiving your order.

We provide standard Next Day Delivery within the UK for £5.10. The cost for shipping and delivery (if required) is not included unless otherwise stated. You can see our Free Shipping Policy below, otherwise you will be informed of any additional costs at the Checkout page before it is added to the total price.

Returns & Exchanges

We’ve made returns easy! You can manage all of your returns online using our returns centre.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your recent OSC purchase, we are happy to accept returns on items that are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. (Excluding ineligible return items)

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the item in the original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. 

All returned items must be in their original condition and are your responsibility until OSC receives them. We do not offer returns or exchanges for returned items that have been used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return before they are processed.

Ineligible Returns:

1. Ineligible Items:
We accept returns for all items except earrings (excl. ear cuffs) & swimwear that have been used for hygiene reasons. We kindly ask that you think about other customer and refrain from sending back any earrings as they wont be accepted.

2. Items on Sale: Please note that we do not accept any returns for any items which have been purchased on sale (ie. Not at full price). We will only accept returns on sale items if they are damaged or if you have been sent the incorrect items. 

Refunds:

Refunds take up to 1 week to be processed and will be refunded back to your original payment method. We will send you an email once we have received the items and when your refund has been purchased.
